Returns and Exchanges
Because each garment is handmade to your custom measurements, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind after ordering.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, materials are purchased and work begins, so cancellations are not possible.
Faulty garments
If your garment arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Measurements and Quality Control
All measurements are confirmed with you before production and recorded as part of our quality control process. We strongly recommend that you double-check your measurements carefully when ordering. If you need assistance, we are always happy to help you
